Administration (Division: Accounting and Finance)

Purpose:

  • To interact directly with colleagues and business partners on certain degree
  • To carry out all duties and responsibilities pertaining to proper Accounting and Finance work
  • To assist in administrative or clerical duties
  • To maintain professional coalition with colleagues and business partners

Qualifications and Skills:

High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field

  • Must have working knowledge of basic accounting and finance functions
  • Must be reliable, highly organized and responsible in nature
  • Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of the Express system (an advantage)
  • Strong typing skills
  • Experience with office equipment such as fax machines, copiers and scanners
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles, mathematical skills
  • Good communication skills both verbally and in writing, in both Thai and English
  • Ability to deal with colleagues and business partners effectively
  • Ability to think critically and analyze efficiently
  • Stress tolerance and work equally well independently and in teams

Job Description:

Accounting and Finance Administrator Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Support accountants and other financial staff by performing several basic accounting duties
  • Preparing deposits, processing payments and creating financial reports
  • Assisting with budget planning, preparing and submitting tax forms and maintaining financial databases and spreadsheets
  • Answer telephones, greet business partners, make appointments and file paperwork
  • Perform data entry, scan documents, receive and sort mails and any other tasks contributing to functions of Accounting and Finance Department
