Purpose:

  • To interact directly with colleagues and business partners on certain degree
  • To help colleagues and business partners process purchase orders, etc.
  • To carry out all duties and responsibilities pertaining to proper customer service work
  • To maintain professional coalition with colleagues and business partners

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Customer Service or Related Fields

  • Highly organized and responsible in nature
  • Good communication skills both verbally and in writing, in both Thai and English
  • Ability to deal with colleagues and business partners effectively
  • Ability to think critically and analyze efficiently
  • Stress tolerance and work equally well independently and in teams

Job Description:

Customer Service Administrator Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Dealing directly with colleagues and business partners either through telephone, electronically or even face-to-face
  • Responding promptly to colleagues and business partners inquiries to resolving them
  • Handling and resolving colleagues and business partners complaints 
  • Obtaining and evaluating all appropriate information needed for handling inquiries and complaints regarding products and services
  • Performing customer verifications and processing orders, applications, forms and requests
  • Directing requests and solving unresolved issues
  • Keeping business partners interaction and transaction records, and recording queries, comments and complaints
  • Recording details of actions taken and self-manage administration
  • Communicating and coordinating with several internal departments
  • Interacting with colleagues and business partners, processing information and providing them with required data for best results
