Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Related Fields (would be an advantage)
At least 5 years’ experience in chemical business
Highly organized and responsible in nature
Good presentation skills
Good communication skills both verbally and in writing, in both Thai and English
Excellent leadership qualities
Ability to deal with business partners effectively
Ability to think critically and analyze efficiently
Stress tolerance and work equally well independently and in teams

Managing Sales Staff:
Contribute information, ideas and research to help develop marketing strategies
Helps to detail, design and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
Sets marketing schedules and coordinate with colleagues, representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
Guide, motivate the sales team and allocates tasks accordingly
Coaching sales employees and boost their competence
Help interview, manage and direct members of the company's marketing and sales teams
Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures
Coordinating Sales Activities:
Oversee sales activities aimed at increasing sales
Answers questions from business partners about product and service benefits
Determine what products to shelf at various points
Ensure sufficient stock of various products and that products are priced correctly
Maintains excellent relationships with business partners through superior customer service
Attends trade shows and travel to meet clients
Compiling Sales Reports:
Track sales data and work to meet sales team goals
Compile data using variety of parameters, ranging from product sales in various markets to performance of individual sales representatives and customer complaints
Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies and information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
Evaluate performance of various products and make sound business decisions
